What will be inside the box?
Inside every box will be a surprise! However, you can count on beautiful pieces in a specific theme. Some pieces may be handmade by a crafter or a certified fair trade artisan.You will find candles, pillows, tea towels, soaps, trays, art and so much more.
Are the boxes returnable?
The boxes are not refundable or exchangeable. If something is damaged in shipping, please let us know so we can take care of it right away, by emailing hello@themodernfarmhouse.shop
When can I expect my monthly Farmhouse Style box?
Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.
Is there a commitment or can I cancel anytime?
There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your boxes! But, if you need to skip a month or cancel your subscription, please visit your portal and skip or cancel a month.
Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
How can I update my payment method?
Please visit this link log into your account. You’ll see a place to update your payment method, contact info and billing/shipping address information on your dashboard.
